When an electronic start switch is removed from a used motor and ready for use on another motor, the switch needs to be restored to the factory Settings before it can be used.
The method of restoring factory Settings is as follows:
Connect the black and blue lead wires of the electronic switch together and then connect the phase line L end of the single-phase AC current; The white lead cable of the switch connects to the neutral N terminal of the single-phase AC power supply.
Restore the factory Settings of the used RNS electronic switch
Turn on the power so that its voltage is equal to or close to the rated value, and disconnect the power after more than 5 seconds. The electronic switch is restored to the factory setting and can be used for other motors (but note that the specifications match).
