Method of using electronic centrifugal switch
Release time:2024-07-05 10:44:21      Hits:144

Taking 220V, 50Hz double value single-speed capacitor motor as an example, the application method of RNS type electronic centrifugal switch is introduced.

(1) According to the starting capacitor circuit current of the configured motor (note: it is not the total starting current of the motor). Plug the motor rotor, make it stationary, use a clamp ammeter to clamp a section of the lead in the starting capacitor circuit to measure) size, select the appropriate specification of the electronic start switch. The general principle is that the standard current of the switch is not less than 1.414 times the current of the motor starting capacitor circuit (that is, the sinusoidal AC maximum value is an approximation of the multiple of the effective value √2).

(2) Connect the electronic centrifugal switch with the winding of the motor and the capacitor according to the figure below. In the figure, black, blue, white and red are the colors of the electronic switch lead line.

(3) The motor is switched on to the normal voltage and frequency of AC no-load start and run, 5 seconds later the integrated controller of the switch will complete the collection of motor data and the setting of its own control parameters (in this process, there may be a large motor vibration phenomenon, which is a normal phenomenon in the process of the controller in the collection and setting of disconnected speed). Do not turn off the power at this time). When the motor is started again, the switch in the starting capacitor circuit (which is actually a contactless electronic switch set in the device) is controlled at the set speed. This setting will remain in place unless otherwise set.
